Our UK shipping is automated with Royal Mail, we do not and cannot check for mistakes on every delivery address for every order, so it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to check that the Shipping/Delivery address they give to us is correct.
ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. DrillBuddy UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied by the customer, please check the address prior to completing your order. If you realise the shipping address is incorrect after order submission, please contact us as soon as possible so as we can amend prior to processing.
RE-SHIPPING UK: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped and returned to us, you will be required to pay a reshipping, repacking and handling cost of £3.95 to have the order redelivered to the correct address.
REFUND OPTION: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped, then returned to us, you will have the option for a refund, however, please be aware, a non negotiable initial handling, packing and shipping cost of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
